Happy Holidays 2008 Google Logo Dec 24

Happy Holidays Google Logo saga today(DEC 24th 2008) took a new turn, there are some flames coming out of the logo, i mean the toy in the form of logo .I think there is some mistake happening during the designing of toy.The Cute little kid frightened by the sparks coming from the logo.

I dont understand whats happening over there, normally every year Google just does some thing to decorate its logo, but this time i think they are gonna give some message from their logo.
